In this quick session, we will find out your own DiSC Style (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness) for understanding others and building more effective relationships.
- DiSC was developed by Dr. William Marston, a professor at Columbia University. Millions of people have used this system to discover their personal style and the styles of others.
- This system provides a common language that people can use to discuss what behaviors they share with others and who has a different style.
- Understanding different styles is an important first step in resolving workplace conflicts and building better relationships.
