Buildings and Grounds Technician

Fairbanks Local Schools is seeking a dependable and hardworking Building and Grounds Technician to support the safety, maintenance, and appearance of district facilities and grounds. This position is responsible for maintaining outdoor spaces, assisting with building maintenance needs, and supporting the overall operation of school facilities.

The Buildings and Grounds Technician works closely with the Maintenance Director and other district staff to ensure that school grounds, athletic facilities, and buildings remain safe, functional, and well maintained for students, staff, and the community.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits and work schedule will be provided in accordance with district policies and applicable employment agreements.

Contract Days - 252
