Summary:
Operate automated and semi-automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machines and production equipment
• Change materials; load, unload, and demold parts
• Assemble/disassemble dies and tools
• Inspect parts to customer specifications
• Complete daily production assignments
• Assist with training new employees
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• 18 years or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Reliable with consistent attendance
• Ability to read and understand SOPs, SDS, labels, and safety procedures

• Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and dust
• PPE required (respirator, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
  • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for extended periods
