DESCRIPTION:Flu Clinic Schedule\n\n	 \n\n	Flu shots for individuals age 12 years and older are available Mondays\, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8-9am and 3-4pm. No appointment is needed for this walk-in clinic. Children age 6 months through 18 years can receive a flu vaccination during our weekly Wednesday child immunization clinic. Appointments are required for the child immunization clinic. Please call (937) 642-0801 to make an appointment.\n\n	Flu Vaccines Available at the Clinics:\n\n	\n		Nasal Spray (approved for ages 2-49 yrs.\, healthy\, non-pregnant)\n	\n		Injectable Flu Shot (approved for ages 6 mos & older)\n	\n		High Dose Flu Shot (approved for ages 65 yrs. & older)\n\n\n	 Cost for adults age 19 years and older:\n\n	\n		$25 for Flu Shot\n	\n		$25 for Flu Nasal Spray\n	\n		$35 for High Dose Flu Shot (approved for ages 65 yrs. & older)\n\n\n	Cost for children ages 6 months through 18 years:\n\n	\n		$10/dose for Flu Shot or FluMist\n\n\n	Medicare Part B and Medicaid accepted.  Some private Insurance can be billed.  Additional $5 per shot is required for non-Union County residents.  Sliding fee scale available.  Call 937-642-2053 for more information.
